Crondall Energy is pleased to be acting as technical advisor to Clifford Capital Pte Ltd, as the technical bank, during project financing of Golar LNG’s conversion of the Gimi LNG carrier into FLNG service.
The Gimi LNG Carrier is undergoing conversion at Keppel Shipyard in Singapore and will be Golar LNG’s second FLNG vessel when it enters service in 2022. Golar LNG will lease the Gimi FLNG facility to BP in Mauritania and Senegal, where it will provide liquefaction, storage and offloading of 2.5 MTPA of LNG on the Greater Tortue Ahmeyim field development.
